Sound of Flute with Pigments of Colors

In a unique artistic approach, various Former Bhutanese Refugee artists, including Sarbjit Rai, Sharwan Chettri, Neema Bal, Deo Rai, Aim Bee Rai, San Mangden, Roshana Samal, Tilchan Kalikotay, and Khadga Tamang, gathered to freely express their emotions and visions. Facilitated by Neema Bal and Katie Beck at CATAC Hall, this collective experience became a transformative journey, uniting artists from different states through live music, painting, and photography. The beautiful Musical sessions, flute played by Sarbajit Rai were followed by different painters by painting on canvas that created an atmosphere that went beyond mere expression, fostering healing and connection. In this rich tapestry, the artists found relieve, strength, and a collective creativity capable of inspiring change and standing as a witness to the strength of the human spirit.

The Voice of All

"Voices of All" presents an exclusive opportunity for serene and therapeutic sessions, featuring the acclaimed Bhutanese - Nepalese singer Sri Pratap Subba. With more than two decades of selfless service to Bhutanese refugees in Nepal, Pratap Subba is not only a legendary singer but also a social reformer and activist. Joining him are artists Khadga Bal, Deo Rai, Aim Bee Rai, Pritam Gurung, Neem Bal, San Mangden, and Tilchan Kalikotay, who come together for a mystical healing experience. Sri Pratap Subba, with his soul-stirring songs and life stories, brings humor to the gathering, creating an atmosphere filled with joy and laughter. His contribution not only showcases his musical skill but also serves as a source of inspiration and connection for upcoming generation. The success of this gathering goes beyond just applause, demonstrating a harmonious blend of painting and music that significantly contributes to the healing and peace of all participants.
